  KX Miami is amazing! Guaranteed a fantastic workout every time and the trainers are knowledgeable and super enthusiastic. Would definitely recommend. Oh, and lots of fun!

  Love KX pilates, Miami...I have been incorporating 3 days per week into my weight training program, my results are amazing my ab's, shoulders and butt have definitely got stronger and more defined.
  The staff are warm and welcoming, I highly recommend trying it out.

  The most dynamic Pilates on the Gold Coast! Always a full-body workout leaving you feeling soooo energised and strong. I love that there are early morning classes 7 days a week. Highly recommend!
