  I rarely rate anywhere 1 star. However as a huge Noodle Box fan, I haven't been this dissapointed in an experience with eating at Noodle Box (Miami). We arrived at 8:30pm to what looked like a closed, dull and uninviting restaurant. Then barely greeted by the (in my amazement) store manager. Hands on her hips and generally poor customer service, for 1 being a franchise restaurant and 2 being the store manager who is supposed to lead by example. My friends fried rice and 9 piece fried chicken was more like old musty tasting white rice and old fried chicken, aswell they had run out of mayonnaise and when politely asking they yelled saying there isnt any couldnt give an explanation why. Secondly my meal had pieces of chicken that were obviously recooked or perhaps been cooked and left in the fridge for a day or two. When leaving the restaraunt there was no thankyou it was almost as if they were rushing us out the doors as quickly as possibly. Also the air conditioner on the ceiling had severe mould stains and was extremely dirty. An all round bad experience which i will not be returning to.
