  They fixed an intermittent noise which 6 previous mechanics said several different things who's quotes ranged in price up to $900 .. these guys recognised the noise immediately .. even though I recorded the noise on my phone .. BH Auto fixed it for a third of the price .. the car continues to have no further noise .. thankyou .. I definitely recommend them ..

  DODGY BROTHERS. I have been going to these guys for over 10 years . but my recent experience was the worst customer experience I have ever had. About 5 months ago I had a battery replaced that was still under warranty by a couple of months. They replaced it and I thought everything was fine but then within 6 months that battery had gone flat also. When I took it back the worker said it had a sticker on it from over 2 years ago, so he was saying the battery was old, I had my suspicions maybe they replaced it with another old battery and made money by getting the warranty back, but they said they could check it with the serial number and assured me everything would be okay. So they replaced it with another battery they told me I needed to pay for it and I would get my money reversed when it was approved by there supplier, they also said they would ring me back. After over 2 weeks of waiting and no phone call I went back to get my refund and they told me it was disapproved. When I asked them why it was not approved he gave me no reason and said they would give me the suppliers number to ring the supplier myself, but to add to the insult and lack of respect the guy said I will have to wait while for the phone number while he was fixing up another car, so I stood there watching him trying to fix this other vehicle while being completely ignored and listen to him swear. I was so disgusted I walked out vowing never to return and to warn others of the dodgy practices they have in place. Don't these guys understand it's not about money it's about respect and honesty. I could not care less about the $200 I spent on the battery but it will be the last cent they get off me or others I tell.

  We have been going to this business for several years now and can't speak highly enough of the service we have received. We have a rather old Jeep with 500,000k on it and it has a very iffy air conditioning. We love our car and Laurie has been babying it along for the last two years as a new unit is out of our price range. The charges have always been very reasonable, (fixed it once at no cost) and the knowledge these guys have is very comprehensive. Highly recommend.

  Had electrical issues in my daughters car & they fixed within a few minutes without an appointment, even when they were full of cars to fix nothing was an issue.

  Called the business and was told to bring the car in as they would do it immediately. There was a bit of work to fix my problem as I watched the bosses son fix it. The price was amazing and no where near what I expected. They have a great range of services and they are my new mechanics.... Thank you

  Steven was honest and very helpful..drove my car in with regulator problems on a Saturday..was in and out of there all fixed before the hour and at a decent price..great service..I would 100% go back to them with any future issues. Highly recommended
